Hidden above Hirst’s Yard, this bar is a hidden gem with a Deep South American theme. Expect a warm atmosphere, bourbon barrels and southern music.

The bar stocks over 80 different bourbons ranging from the Household names such as Jim Beam and Evan Williams to the niche, must try bourbons including Eagle Rare and Sazerac.

Bourbon masterclasses are available where you can sample 5 different bourbons with food pairings. Prices start from £20pp and range to £50pp, alternatively there is a diverse range of bourbon cocktails including both signature and classics.

If bourbon is not your thing, don’t worry. The bar is fully stocked with wines, bottled beers & many other spirits to suite anybody’s taste

We have three different Tiers of master class that are as follows;

• BOOTLEGGER DISTILLER - £35 per person
• APPRENTICE DISTILLER - £45 per person
• MASTER DISTILLER - £65 per person
