A fun and unique sculpture filled with character and life. This is a really interesting sculpture hidden away from the main roads that is well worth visiting and appreciating something from history.

Cute, funny and nice sculpture in the middle of city. Too bad there is no explanation about it.

Another of Leeds' many sculptures. This one, from the year 2000 is cast in bronze. It was commissioned and donated to Leeds by the Scurragh Wainwright Charity to mark the annual boules tournament in Leeds. The sculptor was Roger Burnett - not the motorbiker! The sculpture is sited next to a real boules court in the square, to encourage folk to play petanque. Leeds twin town is Lille in France. Morris Singer Art Foundry.
