⭐☆☆☆☆ Very unprofessional experience. I called to book a massage and confirmed that I was coming, but was then repeatedly called multiple times before the appointment — even outside the agreed time. Each time, the tone was abrupt with no greeting, just “Are you coming?” There was zero professionalism or courtesy, and the attitude felt more like harassment than customer service. I can now understand the other negative reviews. As a paying customer, I expected to be treated with basic respect. I decided not to go through with the appointment based on how I was spoken to. Avoid if you value good service and communication.

Reasonably confident that this isnt the most kosher outfit. There was a shower cubicle in the treatment room and a lock on the door. I'm not sure the dressing gown I was offered had been washed since the last customer which was a bit worrying. The smell of the place was quite distinctive. Two big lads showed up and loudly proclaimed which of the female masseuses 'they would take' (I could hear them through the door and when I exited it was clear that they weren't zen seekers). In terms of the massage I had, it was pretty good for the most part. Lovely work on my back but then just a lot of soft stroking of my legs which was a bit odd.

It's a really good place to go as on they ask you throughout the massage is alright, and if there useing a right pressure, and it's I lovely chilled atmosphere in there

Walked in for a massage today at around 5.45pm fantastic service very warm welcome. The girls took care of me and made me feel relaxed and comfortable. I had very tight calves and traps which my masseuse sorted out and advised me on what to do to try and prevent the tightness from occurring. I will definitely be back to visit always such a warm welcome and you leave feeling rejuvenated

It has been my second trip to this place and I would highly recommend. Very polite staff and relaxing atmosphere.. the best massage I have ever had ❤️ Tanya is your lady she’s amazing.
