Wonderful experience from start to finish! I have never experienced a float before. The gentleman welcomed me and provided a warm relaxing atmosphere, and showed me around to the floatation tank room and gave me all the tips and tricks to gain the most benefits. Followed by a 60 minute deep tissue massage from Holly! Holly provided a great massage and focused on my specific areas of concern. The floatation tank itself and the room provided was clean and had the facilities I needed pre and post float 100% would recommend and will be returning! I had an amazing experience at Recovery Float today. The staff were incredibly welcoming and explained everything clearly, which made me feel comfortable straight away. The float pod was spotless, spacious, and the whole environment felt peaceful and calming. I left feeling lighter, relaxed, and genuinely refreshed. Definitely one of the best self-care experiences I’ve had—highly recommend! :)

Whilst i'm sure the floatation tanks are amazing and would love to have tried them at some point, I just wanted to put this here because its not clear on their website. Once you have placed your booking, the money is non refundable, regardless of whether you give them four days notice or more. If you give them enough notice they will put the credit on your 'account' or create you a gift card. This account is created when you book your appointment apparently. They will tell you that they are returning the money to your account, to which I thought was my bank account, which it wasn't. They did begrudgingly refund me, but just wanted to make people aware of this because of the lack of clarity on the website. I just think people should know this before they commit to paying. It maybe helpful if the owners added a section on their website to cover this and then there would be no confusion going forward. Happy floating!

Been here quite a few times now. Friendly staff and owners, immaculately clean, and soooo relaxing. Feel really great after every time coming for a float. Also did fire and ice sauna a couple of times too which I love as well. Recommend.

I had an amazing deep tissue massage from Beth; often when you ask for a firm massage it isn’t, but Beth’s certainly was which was just what I needed! I’m a climber with several injuries, and she really worked well on the areas that needed it. The staff are all super friendly and easy to talk to. Will definitely be back for another (we’ve used the other facilities before too which were great) 🙂
