Great gym, kitted out with everything you’d need and more, with some great bits of equipment. The owner is an extremely friendly and chatty guy, willing to help anyone out and have a conversation with you. The gym isn’t oversold and crowded, and all members are friendly. Best gym in the area, quality equipment, fair price for 24 hour access, and friendly environment. Would highly recommend

Brilliant independently owned gym, owner Alex is a serious superstar... Ample equipment available for gym users. Building strength at Ki Fitness was a highlight of my time in North Yorkshire. ❤️

Great gym. Everything you need. Never too busy. Friendly and accommodating owner. Showers and toilets are always clean. Cons:The gym is abit expensive and the boxing bag definitely needs replacing. Make sure you book your 1st session in advance

This is the best Gym I have been too. The owner is so personable and runs great classes. We have completed Total Warrior as a gym team plus other fun runs together. We also have a great social scene at this gym. I would highly recomend it.

We visited this gym while on holiday. Alex the owner was very pleasant and helpful. The gym has everything you need including some equipment not seen at your big name gyms. Would highly recommend.
