Braithwaites Garden Centre & Coffee Shop

Lovely cafe. Will definitely be returning. The most amazing scone, probably the best I’ve ever had. Coffee was lovely too, but quite a small cup.

Have always used this wonderful Garden Centre but visited the cafe for the first time yesterday. What a fantastic place, warm and cosy and the coffee is just the best. Really lovely food and the staff are so friendly and welcoming. Cannot recommend highly enough. Will definitely be revisiting.

What a superb Garden Centre. Only recently moved to the area and needed some plants for screening. Had a good selection of hedging plants but decided to go for Photinia Red Robin. Asked for some assistance and Joe came to help us, chose several plants and needed delivery due to their size, nothing was too much trouble. We visited just after lunch and the plants were delivered that afternoon, what service, excellent and with a smile and planting tips from the delivery man. The plants were of a good size, healthy and great quality at a competitive price. I would highly recommend Braithwaites and Joe was a Star, thank you, really appreciated your help.

I have just collected the flowers for my Uncle’s funeral. Charlotte, who spent time discussing with me what I’d like, has created the most perfect floral tribute. It is simply perfect. Thank you so much.

A nursery with all plants and tools rather than garden centre that had gifts and things, A huge variety of different plants all beautifully maintained. Currently awaiting a cafe which will be a great addition. Well worth going if you want more than the usual stock plants you can get anywhere
