Very interesing place, to get there we had nice walk in the wood with some interesting things to see and explore. Temple itself is big, impressive with center stone which gives vibrant energy when touched. It was peaceful and uplifting experience!

Lovely place to visit. We took the mountain bikes as there were lots of bike tracks. We had a picnic near the temple but wasn’t sure where we could eat near the car park as didn’t want to carry the whole picnic. I think the picnic benches were for the cafe. There is a cafe and camping (we didn’t use it this time but maybe in future. Great views. Lots of interesting things to see. The parking price was sensible.

Despite being a folly, and not a true druid's temple, you still get a sense of peace and history as you walk round. Sitting in a clearing in the trees, this was built in the late 1800s as a way to give work to the unemployed in the area. There are many paths to choose, from light, easy routes to the more adventurous and the views are breathtaking, even on a rainy day.

What a cracking place. Such a beautiful spot with a very magical feel. Although a folly and not a true-ancient stone circle, there's an atmosphere to the place that gives a real folkloric air. We'll most certainly be back! I'm up for the job, if they're ever looking for another hermit!! 😁

Great place to visit with kids and dogs (on a lead for some parts) Really interesting place with loads of weird items. The best bench ever with a beautiful view that I could of sat and looked at for days. Coffee shop food was beautiful and well worth a visit. We will definitely be back.
