Excellent service from Ben, who repaired our washing machine promptly and efficiently. I have no hesitation in recommending him, and will certainly use him again if the need arises.
What an absolutely fantastic service Ben provides . I sent my initial text on Saturday 3rd May enquiring about an integrated fridge /freezer for our static caravan in Richmond . By 2pm on 7th may it has been fitted . Absolutely excellent communication throughout and just an overall great experience. Thank you Ben
Domestic appliance repairs have become endangered species in our part of the world and when our Bosch Dish washer developed an intermittent fault we didn't want to call out the manufacturer ,so searched Google. It came up with Ben approximately 10 miles from us. Arranging a visit by email was easy. When he turned up he gave us all the right vibes, polite ,tidy and knew what he was taking about. While he was here he also fixed the worn flex on my wife's iron, all at a very reasonable price. He also supplies white goods from a range of manufactures. Hope we won't need him again soon, but if we do he is our man.

We were recommended Ben by a friend when our integrated dishwasher broke, and we needed a replacement quickly. Within just three days of contacting him (and one of those days was a Sunday!), Ben had ordered, fitted, and disposed of our old dishwasher. With just a few exchanges of messages, everything was arranged so smoothly. I was genuinely worried about the mess our over-10-year-old dishwasher might leave, but there was absolutely none! We went to work, came home, and with it being integrated, we couldn’t even tell he’d been—it was seamless! We’ve already been asking Ben for more work around the house because his responsiveness is second to none. We’re very pleased with the level of communication and service and will definitely use him again. Highly recommended!
