We started using Dales Linen Hire at the beginning of last season to do the laundry for our B&B in the Dales. We hire our bedding through them as well as them laundering it for us. The bed linen & towels are of a very good quality & they always come back to us promptly & cleaned and pressed to a very high standard, we really cannot fault them in any way & would not hesitate in recommending them.

I used to use the laundrette almost every week when it was self service a couple of years ago as I do not have any way of putting a washing machine in my flat and working with horses I need to keep on top of my clothes , but it seems now they have taken the self service away everytime I phone up to try and get a load of washing done I’m turned away due to hotel linen and today the excuse was “ the army stuff “ then I asked when the next time I can bring my stuff in and they said 2 weeks ...? How on earth am I supposed to wait an other 2 weeks when Iv already been waiting a month to bring them in as I’m usually busy on a Monday and they won’t let you bring them in any other days of the week ! I’m really struggling after loosing the self service as I I used to come on a evening when it was quiet ! Iv had to rely on friends allot over the last year as everytime I ring up they don’t seem to be able todo it ! The woman are rude on the phone and one had the nerve to hang up on me ... I would say I wouldn’t use them again but being the only laundrette in the village I don’t really have a choice ... I now have to wear dirty clothes for another 2 weeks . They don’t seem to want to help locals at all but whenever I ask to speak to the manager nobody puts me through ...

We use the dales linen hire for our hotel, the service is amazing , the bedding immaculate, nothing is to much trouble. The owner ian is very helpful 🙂

Took a duvet in, took a week to get it back 😐 Staff were rude, offhand both times I went in 😡 I won't be using you again and will do my best to let people know about my experience! Can't believe I paid for such an abissmal service 😕
