The Cake Shed in Leyburn has quickly become a Friday institution for us. What a great baker you are and an asset to Leyburn. We've loved everything we've tried. The carrot cake is truly the best I've had and is now a weekly treat. I recommend the blondies too, particularly the lemon meringue.
