Had a problem with my gun and the UK distributor took over a month of back-and-forth and still didn’t resolve it. By contrast, Craig sorted the issue in typical Yorkshire style in about five minutes. Brilliant service, even for a tiny inexpensive part, they genuinely care about looking after their customers. They are just brilliant: whether it’s a new gun or a missing part, their service is always impeccable. Highly recommended.

Absolutely brilliant shop - I called at the Leyburn store for a pair of walking shoes as my local supplier has closed. Gilsan had the full range in my size and I was so impressed I bought boots too. They pack am amazing range into a small store and I'll certainly be calling again. Friendly and helpful staff, great service, thanks;

The Staff were friendly, approachable and accommodating. A great selection of sporting goods, game and fishing tackle. The fly selection covers all aspects of fly fishing from nymph's, dry, wet, lures and salmon flies. 5* will be back again!

The Gilsans Sports range of family run shops has always given me excellent service and advice for over 38 years. Their Flagship store they can be justly proud of - ample parking, large uncluttered spaces the usual no nonsense Yorkshire friendly service. Highly recommended.
