This is fantastic gym. It has all the equipment and more, classes that are free that push you to your limits and beyond. Very friendly people who work at the gym who are always willing to help and support. If you want to try a different approach to fitness and a gym, this is the place. It welcomes all comers and makes all feel comfortable very quickly
Having trained previously at Kirbys, I was sad to hear it was closing its doors for good. Recently taken over the place has had a refurb and a good clean! The new owner and staff team are very welcoming and will go out of their way to help you. With been out of training for a while they have provided me with useful information and tips on what equipment to use making training a lot more fun! ( I use to run on a treadmill for an hour or use cross trainer) So happy its back open and I cant wait for the classes to start! 😄💪🏽
Very good gym. Has everything you need for any fitness goal you have. Friendly staff and not too many people. Best gym I've been too.
Absolutely love this gym! Great facilities and atmosphere, staff are super friendly and helpful. Great PT sessions also 💪🏼
Amazing gym. I joined it recently and their is many varieties of machines to choose from to work out. I would fully recommend this place.
