TSB Bank

Usually find the staff friendly and helpful but they can be strict about protocol even if they know full well who you are. Only bank left in Maltby which is a sign of the times I'm afraid. Altered it a bit inside there's a machine for paying money in(i think) Still got counter for other transactions.

I've just closed my Lloyds account and opened a TSB account in Maltby. I just wanted to say a massive thank you to all of the staff there who have been so helpful and have been very patient with all of my questions/queries!!!. Very professional and extremely welcoming.

Absolutely abysmal service since new lady manager took over despite banking with them for circa 20 years and them knowing me well she refused to verify my identity when my account was blocked by tsb now I can't buy food or even put petrol in my car until I find a way of unlocking my account can't wait to get it sorted so I can bid them a fond farewell just a quick update I am now using the Doncaster branch and the staff are different again helpful and polite the maltby staff obviously need retraining and to,learn some manners

I have rung them going on two weeks regarding a fraud on my account it Tom me the best part of 2wks to spk to them n the framed debt was wasting all my breaks n dinners whilst at work trying to get hold of them no answer think I'll definitely be going to another bank santander they are good
