Unfortunately I spent £30 having my hair washed and cut by the stylist, she then offered me a complimentary curl so I could not see the mistakes until i got home and straightened it. I then had to go to a different stylist to have my hair fixed. Edit: I have since been in contact with the stylist who handled the situation very professionally. She responded very quickly when I raised my concerns, gave me a full refund without any fuss, and even kindly offered me a free treatment as an apology (which I declined). Despite the result not being what I hoped for, her friendly attitude and willingness to make things right were excellent. Great customer service overall, just disappointed with the cut this time.

I booked the soft gel extensions service online for £28 and was pleasantly surprised to receive a 10% new customer discount in-store, bringing the final total to just £34—even with added design work. It's worth noting that designs do carry an extra charge, so first-timers might want to double-check in advance to avoid any surprises, though I was already aware. From the moment I sat down, I felt in good hands. The technician was gentle, patient, and incredibly precise. I went for a French tip with a delicate fruit design on each nail, and she absolutely nailed it—pun intended. Each tiny detail was done with care, and she wasn’t hesitant to wipe and redo anything that wasn’t quite perfect. That kind of pride in her work really sets this salon apart. The salon itself was spotless, beautifully maintained, and had a lovely fresh scent throughout. The atmosphere was calm and welcoming. One small hiccup was the limited availability of heat lamps—there was just one shared between 2 clients. That said, it’s a minor issue and understandable, especially since the other nail artist was still new. Definitely something that could be resolved as the team settles in. Overall, if you’re after gel extensions and appreciate a tech who treats nail art like a craft, I highly recommend checking them out. I left feeling very pleased.

Do not go to this salon for any hair treatments as I am not convinced the lady offering this treatment is suitably qualified. I booked through Fresha for a blowdry & straighten with the owner of the salon. The lady seemed absolutely lovely- however was clearly not a hairdresser/ recieved any training in hair styling therefore should not be providing hair treatments/blow dries. The products/ hair straighteners/blowdryers used were also not salon quality. The lady rough dried my hair to about 60% with a normal blowdrier (as you would yourself at home) & was fluffing it up with her hands- not using a brush. At this point my hair was very frizzy- I had pre-warned the lady about the curly/frizzy texture of my hair. At this point the lady began sectioning my wet hair instead of blowing it completely dry & began using a round blow drying brush. I explained that I don’t use these as they do not do the texture of my hair any favours but the lady proceeded to use this. Half way I feel the lady started to forget which sections of my hair she had dried fully as started straightening my hair which was 80% dry, therefore it was sizzling/ smoking on the hair straighteners. I had to tell her to stop doing this as was concerned it would damage my hair. She then proceeded to dry it and then straighten the same section over & over again without any heat protectant. At this point I told her I wished to leave & complete it myself at home. I felt I would do a better job without frying my hair in the process. The lady did give me my deposit back prior to me leaving.

Beautiful salon and probably the best luxury pedicure I’ve ever had! So relaxing and everything smelt to nice. Really happy with my treatment and will definitely be returning ☺️

Paid for removal of UV nail polish, and while using a rotary tool to remove them my nails on both thumbs were damaged, now will take several months to grow out.
