My mum and stepdad went today I got turned away because I was 10 minutes late but it’s okay for doctors and staff to about late the week before . Woman at deck was very rude and just disrespectful. Out of Order turning them away .. I’ve never liked this place tbh but this makes me hate it even more if your not going to talk to people nicely and in a respectful manner your in wrong job ……

Don't believe a Doctors should receive a negative review as they are there to help and do there best to do so and after my past two experiences with the two doctors (both different docotors) iv seen in last couple weeks for example today's who was called Ben, I can only say absolutely spot on the pair of them so helpful, very understanding to what you say couldn't speak better of them. Now moving on to the receptionist this morning i arrived 6min late for my appointmentas id spent over 2.5 hours dealing with a serious head pain that as it stands doctors & hospital cant figure out which is why iv had CT scans, multiple different medications so far in attempts to start sorting whatever is wrong whilst I wait for my Neurological appointment for furth testing to which the doctor today (Ben) was very understanding as to why i was late as its looked at atm as a serious unknown issue but yet as it took the receptionist until 12:47 to see me that was then also "My fault" and then called me a liar for me telling her I'm 6min late and reasoning why that im a liar and did not arrive at that time then why i said check your cameras all of a sudden "excuse me dont be rude to me" is thrown in my direction i understand i was late but the level of disprect and rudeness shown was genuinely disgusting and wrong thankfully the same receptionist wasn't on when I went back at 3:20 for my rearranged appointment the lady at that time was a very nice helpful receptionist but as for the one who was on shift at 12:40 really needs to be looked at into how she speaks and tries to undermine the people who are there for help as truthfully she should not be the front of house absolutely disgusting I would give 1 star if it wasn't for the rest of the staff and team there.

Why are some patients who should have been invited for the shingles vaccine on their 70th birthday not being invited. Then, when they phone up they are told there is a waiting list. Then, six months later still waiting to have the vaccine. According to the NHS website there is No waiting list.

One of the best medical centres I’ve been too. Lisa and the whole reception staff are amazingly helpful, kind, courteous and professional. The pharmacy is open late and has a superb staff. The quacks aren’t too bad either ;) The only niggle I have is the long-winded message on the telephone system. I don’t always use the doctor’s surgery but when I do it’s a pleasure to use this one.

Such a nice surgery, ALL staff are lovely, welcoming and polite, a refreshing feel to how I've previously been treat at other practices. Always willing to help, care a lot about confidentiality which is VERY important, I've been to practices where you can hear receptionist talk about the state of other patients and quite loudly mock them, rude horrible staff there, so glad I moved here it's made such a difference. It's nice to have a pharmacy right within the building too, the pharmacy staff are all lovely too. i'd recommend this to anyone in the area!
