First time I had used this garage and would use again & will recommend to other VAG friends. Excellent communication on email for the booking. Professional setup. Helpful on a couple of Q's I had regarding my car. No B.S, transparent, straightforward. Reasonably priced. Nice to find knowledgeable and experienced VW specialists close/ish to my workplace. Called me when the work was complete. Car was in for a dsg oil change that I had opted to do early. Thank you :) Karen.
Excellent service. The intermittent fault with my car was diagnosed and repaired quickly. I was also given advice on any future issues I may have with my high mileage Audi. You know you've gone the right place when you see an expert with a laptop plugged into a car. I have already recommended to friends.

First time I’ve used these Guys, as I had electrical issues on my VW Golf R. I dropped my car off at 8.30am and by 11am I had a phone call to say they had done some diagnostics and they had found the fault. I asked them to continue and fit the part. These guys no there stuff and explained in detail there workmanship, I will be definitely be using them again to look after my car very professional, very reasonable priced and will highly recommend them to anyone who owns VAG.
