We were recommended WR Autos through the RAC after a breakdown and was overall happy with the work and service. It was a fairly big fix, but Craig and the team got everything sorted as quickly as they possibly could. There was a small issue afterwards, but it was handled professionally and resolved straight away with no hassle.Craig and his team clearly worked hard to make sure we got the car back in even better shape than when it went in. This is an RAC approved garage. Took them 8 days to diagnose the car only to be told it’s the fuel pump. Told them the RAC mobile mechanic reported it’s a faulty injector and they strongly disagreed. After 7 more days they called me saying all injectors have to be replaced. So after 15 days of not having a car they contacted me to let me know what the initial RAC report identified. Of course i then moved the car to another garage. They also charged me 222 pounds 😮 for testing a single injector and for the initial wrong diagnosis. If don’t want the hassle of claiming compensation for negligence, better avoid !
Booked my car in and was done and ready to be collected 2 days after ! Amazing service from all staff. Would recommend to anybody who needs them x
