Louise was absolutely brilliant. From the moment she arrived on the wedding morning, she brought such a calm, warm energy into the room. She’s so easy to be around, which made the whole getting-ready experience feel relaxed and enjoyable. My hair was exactly what I hoped for - soft, elegant and timeless - and it lasted perfectly all day and night. She also did a beautiful job with my bridesmaid and maid of honour. The trial was great too. Louise was really open to ideas and photos I shared, but also gave such helpful, honest advice about what would work best for me, especially around my hair type and the veil and accessories I was considering. It really helped me feel confident and excited about the final look. I first met Louise by chance in November, and it honestly felt meant to be that she ended up doing my wedding hair. The booking process was easy, communication was great throughout, and she was kind, patient and reassuring from start to finish.
