Looks absolutely devine from the outside, sadly the staff, oh dear!!. Customer relations are not quite their forte especially when l commented twice to the same member of staff "what a lovely shop" only to receive a blank expression, from then on ordering two teas and two pastries to have inside it went further downhil.
Excellent sandwiches always fresh and well priced. Staff aren’t always the cheeriest but can’t fault the food quality
Lovely place fair prices for good cakes. 1 of the staff is fantastic always has a smile nothing is too much trouble and always willing to help, the other has a face like a bulldog chewing a wasp and an attitude like it, when she is working I won't go in.
Called in last minute Xmas eve and staff member was very friendly, helpful and although it was busy she always had a smile on her face. The quality and variety of food on offer is also great, but I'd visit just for the lovely lady
We had a full cream chocolate roulade cake over Christmas. I must congratulate the bakery as it was absolutely lovely. The bread and bread cakes always very good. Well done everyone.
