An excellent experience from visiting the well stocked shop with Melvin who I found very knowledgeable and all the relevant questions answered, a home visit was arranged and undertaken within days, Mark fetched different brochures and samples of the brick work I required and within an hour everything was planned with an instillation date. Day of the installation everything went well and a excellent job completed and extremely clean and professional and all the scrap and rubble was taken away. I would highly recommend this company to anyone.

We are really pleased with the stove, Mark and the team did a really professional job. Very neat and tidy installation and have all the kit to prevent dust. We got 4 quotes from various installers and although not the cheapest it's well worth paying the little extra for the level of service, knowledge and quality of kit that Classic Choice provide.

Fantastic customer service, from our initial visit to the store, right through to producing a safety certificate once the work had been completed. Out of the 3 companies who provided quotes, not only were Classic Choice the best value for money, but importantly, they never hesitated to provide advice about the product range, even when it would mean that they earned less money in total. In fact, they were the only company (including larger companies in Doncaster) who quoted us based on our requirements, they didn't try to up-sell us to more expensive products such as granite like the other two did (even when I said we don't want granite they still quoted for granite) and were always on time for appointments which tells you a lot about their ethos. When it came to installation the team were particularly careful and always tidied up. We chose a Heta Stove, the quality is fantastic, the price even better! Most importantly, thanks to Mark and the team for an outstanding customer experience, a rare thing it seems these days! Great company.

What a lovely experience from start to finish. We visited the shop a few week's ago. Took a liking to a fireplace and was given useful information regarding installation etc. The fire and surround were installed this morning by Mark and Trevor. Good workers, very clean and efficient. I was absolutely ecstatic with the result when they left with no mess at all. Highly recommended.

We have just had a Heta log burner fitted in our living room by Mark and Dan.They worked all day to get it finished and working.Very efficient and tidy in everything they did. Very good advise on how to use it efficiently.We visited the showroom first and spoke to Mel who also advised us on which stove would suit and work efficiently in our bungalow. Would definitely reccomend.
