St Michael's church dates from 1150. The grade ll listed norman church has been altered over the years. The tower is 15th century. The font is thought to be as old as the church and has traces of colour showing it was painted in the middle ages. It is an attractive church well worth visiting.

There is such a peaceful and welcoming spirit in this church. Some beautiful stained glass and other interesting artefacts. A little oasis of tranquility in the town. Worth a visit.
