The Blue Ball Inn is a traditional unspoilt multi roomed pub. There is a wide selection of beers, lager and cider, including three hand pulled cask conditioned real ales, which were in excellent condition on our visit. The staff are very friendly and the pub is regularly featured in the camra good beer guide. A visit is highly recommended.
Excellent pub, very welcoming and happy to show sports at our request. Small venue with a small bar with lots of character. The venue does not serve food but could not N/A when completing the stars...
Multi roomed old style pub. The cask ales are on the traditional side but are well kept and served well. A pleasure to drink here.
A classic old style pub, several separate areas giving various degrees of cosy. We were greated by the biggest friendly dog I have ever seen ! We did not eat on this occasion but thought it would not be fair to give no stars. There are lots of good reviews for the food on this website. The staff were very pleasant and they poured a perfect pint of Taylors landlord at a very reasonable Β£4.50. This place has charm in abundance, a welcome change from all myriad of corporate chains. π
Absolutely amazing Seafood Paella, crammed full of juicy, fresh, plump seafood, fabulous tasting, without doubt the 'best' I've ever had.....and for an incredible Β£9.95, all washed down with well kept beer. Thanks so much to Chris & Gary
