Visited for the first time tonight, what a lovely little hidden gem in Malton- we have been visiting Malton yearly for over 10 years and never spotted this restaurant! Would recommend booking as we did tonight. Lovely busy atmosphere and staff were friendly and accommodating, pizzas were delicious and the ravioli was lovely although a smaller portion than expected but still filling! We had the profiteroles and limoncini ice cream for dessert which were stunning (however at around £8 each if for example a family of 4 were to get a dessert each it would come to an extra £32 which imo wouldn’t be plausible every time for 2 profiteroles/a portion of ice cream for £8 a go!)

One of the best authentic Italians I’ve visited. The minestrone soup is to die for and so is pretty much every pasta and pizza dish. The food and drinks service is extremely good, the staff are all amazing. Lovely ambience within the restaurant in general.

Great independent authentic Italian restaurant. Walked in just after opening time to try & book a table to find it almost full. That tells you everything you need to know. Very grateful they managed to squeeze me in. Large menu with plenty of choice plus a specials board. I had the ravioli and profiteroles both absolutely lovely. Will definitely be back when I’m back in Yorkshire and have already recommended to a friend who lives locally.

A very friendly atmosphere. Made welcome as soon as you enter. The food was amazing. It was just a chance to eat out. It turned into a great family occasion. Very busy. But you were not left waiting. The staff were polite and helpful, very quick and attentive.

As you can see from the photos, I was very shocked to receive this when I asked for a bbq pizza. I can truly say I’ve never been served full chunks of chicken on a pizza before, especially chewy gristly meat. We had a “cheese garlic bread” for starters but unfortunately no cheese was present and was loaded with oil to the point it was dripping off the pizza into puddles on the plate (no photo unfortunately). The cannelloni was again loaded with oil and was literal mush. All in all, great service but terrible food.
