Accidentally left phone at express grill (nigt out on the tiles) and called them up 2 hours later. These legends were happy fo me to pick phone up way after time. Thank u Xpress team. Quality donner and amazing humanity xxx Dave from Norton x
I am so annoyed! Poorly with flu… and i mean proper flu! Haven’t been interested in food for days but finally get a bit of appetite and fancy a chicken wrap with everything on… then this garbage turns up! are you having a laugh! 3 pieces of chicken thrown at a wrap, no salad, no sauce! The ‘wrap’ is soggy where the chicken is so can’t pick it up and dry and crispy around the edges. I can’t believe a place that’s sole purpose is to serve food would allow that out of their shop! Given I have no energy to sort a plan B I decided to eat it… other than getting some food in my belly it was a waste of life, tasted of nothing! We order from here a lot and it’s usually good but today has made me cross.
3-5 months ago the service was appalling food was shocking. Now it’s getting there👏 had bad food owner fixed it delivery approximately 30 min but bare in mind it takes longer but food tends to come warm n munchable
I ordered a garlic bread pizza it came very quickly, excellent service from the counter worker kind and polite like always would highly recommend ordering from express
So disappointed with our parmo for the second time in a row, what a let down!!! The best parmo's town by a mile but we complained in a polite manner of the lack of bechamel sauce... Once again it's dry and disappointing. So we decided to complain again to be met with laughter, and told extra sauce has been added... I wouldn't be waisting my time complaining if this was the case. P.s I trained with the owners ex boss, so I know how the should be.
