⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Collection order from Speedy Peppers Malton and everything was spot on. Lovely pizza with chicken and bolognaise, great taste and quality, and the garlic bread with cheese was delicious. Fresh, hot, and well made. Highly recommended.
Ordered a large delivery of £50+ pounds, only to find a Moth in our fries. Absolutely not happy with their hygiene and quality assurance whatsoever. While I acknowledge that a replacement serving was sent out very quickly, I'd point out there's a difference between accepting a solution and being happy with one. I appreciate the effort put in to correcting the issue, genuinely. But having worked in the food industry for many years myself I know there to be certain standards and safeguards in place. While I understand the workplace is a fast paced environment the expectation would be to slow down and quality check. Better a job be done right that be rushed.
I have been ordering from here for a while now and it used to be ok. The last 3-4 times I have ordered, despite already complaining once and being told they would give me free chips on my next order (they never did) the chips arrive soggy and vile everytime. Barely cooked. Half of them were black last time I ordered. They went in the bin and this has now happened multiple times! I don’t normally leave bad reviews but when you are running a food business and people are PAYING for the food, you expect it to be at least decent quality. Sadly I won’t be ordering from them anymore as it’s happened to many times.
