It's a good place if U can get parked but it's like the other shops n doctors anywhere now in Malton more new homes less places to park less room to move around . At one time Malton use to b a place U were guaranteed to b able to have a coffee at a cafe outside and just chill but to many peeps around now sorry only speaking the truth
What is there not to like?! Free Parking for 2 Hours!!! That just doesn't happen where I come from. Reasonable sized spaces and lots of spaces available, when I visited which was not peak time. Makes the idea more attractive to visit one of the coffee shops / cafés around the immediate area. Also makes doing a little shopping easier. Would be nice if some councils would adopt the same idea!
Great - free parking for 2 hours enabling us to look around the town, have a coffee and facilities available. Lovely place with a variety of individual shops, cafes etc.
Malton is like stepping back in time. Pubs, cafes, bakeries and interesting shops in the Shambles. Well worth a look, we were passing through and needed lunch. I purchased an Italian leather belt in the Shambles from "Country cobbler " very friendly people.
