The staff are wonderful and gave fantastic help dealing with my ageing relatives banking. Such a shame that the branch has such reduced hours. The town needs it's Banks, especially when dealing with complex matters such as LPA's. Well done to the ladies at the Malton branch.
I had to delete my old review because the bank tried to solve the problem, I struggled to open an account in my name I didn't think it was that difficult but it was solved at the end,a special thank for gentleman who contacted me from London, sorry I can't remember his name but thank you very much for your patient and support. I do appreciate your help to solve the problem.
Opening and closing times are no good to me and some other customers i Finnish work at 2 - 30 and i don't get into malton until 2 - 50 that's no good to me at all.
Staff are extremely courteous and helpful. Always a pleasure going to my local bank.
