I have recently received my mobility car from J B motors of Malton.I wanted to say Mark,who I dealt with was a first class salesman.so helpful in every way. He wasn’t pushy and explained everything. Just want to share my experience at JB Motors ,Malton… from the first phone call, as soon as they opened monday morning to book a test drive,i’d seen a beautiful car over the weekend.Through to collection the following wed ( away couldn’t collect earlier) Dan Rowlands ( young Dan) did everything and beyond to make the process enjoyable, i would highly recommend him,anyone out there looking for a test drive or just browse ,please ask for Dan definitely ‘the man’ . We have a Vauxhall Adam that wouldn’t start and the team came out to try start it, then tow it in. They then worked tirelessly to diagnose the problem over the Christmas break. Although it was expensive (due to parts on this car being hard to come by) the garage were very fair with labour costs and time spent on the vehicle. Excellent service throughout. Thank you!
