Ordered a fan on Saturday and was told to collect it in 4-5days to make sure it was delivered to store . Got there and they had sold it because they only keep em a couple of days which I wasn't told . Fuming, reorder 2nd time lucky. Last chance then go elsewhere .
Terrible experience tryd getting help for a battary for a key was left flabbergasted by how unhelpful they was!
I've been using E.C.P for a while now, genuinely can't fault them, delivery is excellent, their premium/branded parts are good, however some of their own brand parts can be a bit meh, "caveat emptor" you get what you pay for, buy cheap get cheap.
Local in Malton and in walking distance if your car needs a few bits, well as much as you can carry, they do deliver as well mot sure if its an extra charge to the public
Popped in yesterday before they closed for an exhaust sleeve. Bloke in there was very helpful and very welcoming. Appreciate your time! Thanks again
