Norton Express Hand Car Wash

Always to eager to get you in and out. I understand it’s a car wash but taking that extra care on each car makes customers want to come back. I have been loads of times and sometimes they miss steps etc which when your paying money for it to be done you expect it to be done fully and to a good standard. I have mentioned it a few times but it just seems to get forgotten and back to normal

Shockingly poor service. Had my car washed a couple of days ago and the job they did was appalling. Panels missed, wheels not done etc. They don't seem to have a logical plan to ensure the entire car is completely cleaned, and often go back over the same area, but then still manage to miss bits. The person initially cleaning the car seemed more interested in speaking on his phone and chain smoking, than methodically cleaning the vehicle. I wouldn't recognise mend using this company.

Below average clean, rude staff. Purposefully wheelspin customers’ cars out of the cleaning bay. I wouldn’t leave mine for a valet. Do not recommend.

My car was very dirty having been parked under trees for some time. A visit to the car wash and with their excellent service my car is sparkling clean. I always find their work to be very thorough and would highly recommend them.
