We rented our first house with this agency and were thoroughly impressed. Rachel was so helpful and genuinely considered all of our requests throughout the process. Highly recommend their professional and attentive service
Awful! When looking to rent a property you would think they would show all interest in assisting you. Sadly not, viewed a property two months ago, showed my interest. Chased 4 times via telephone in an update if the kitchen was fitted to have another view (as it wasn’t previously) to be told someone’s already now leasing it through them. Poor communication, attitude stinks, was told “well we are a busy branch” when I asked how they hadn’t informed me in 2 months as they stated they would in an email. Made to feel like an ignorance for having an interest in a property that we viewed. Which by the way had no kitchen in it whatsoever and wasn’t even warned on the pre viewing. Hence waiting 2 months for it to get fitted to view again. Absolutely awful - abrupt, rude and wouldn’t use
I spoke to lovely staff over the phone. Sarah was extremely helpful. However, my house viewing was with an unnamed man ( they know who he is) and he was downright rude! I made a comment on the state of the extremely filthy and smelly property. During COVID19 cleanliness is more important than ever! He walked off making snide remarks about wasting time! I'm the one expecting a house fit to live in. My time was wasted as I didn't get paid to walk around! DONT MAKE RUDE COMMENTS TO YOUNG CHILDREN! If they say its "stinks" it generally does!
