She subsequently suggested and we viewed another property that better suited our needs. The due diligence process for renting was clear and straightforward. Any issues with the property have been quickly responded to and actioned. The Fixflo tool is particularly good as it makes it easy to pinpoint and describe the problem with the use of clear images and pick lists of common issues. It’s our first experience of renting and we’ve had a positive experience.

The Bulmers team are uniformly helpful, patient and informative. The whole process, from arranging a viewing to signing the agreement was straightforward, clearly explained and professionally handled and documented. Great experience overall.
