We needed to find a place to rent with a dog at short notice as we’d pulled out of our house purchase. Sally arranged for us to view a property within a couple of hours of our initial call. She subsequently suggested and we viewed another property that better suited our needs. The due diligence process for renting was clear and straightforward. Any issues with the property have been quickly responded to and actioned. The Fixflo tool is particularly good as it makes it easy to pinpoint and describe the problem with the use of clear images and pick lists of common issues. It’s our first experience of renting and we’ve had a positive experience.

Bulmers provide excellent service from the initial house viewing through to the application, contract signing, and beyond. House maintenance and repairs are dealt with quickly when reported demonstrating they take care of the tenants needs after move in. Highly recommend.
