Andrew, Georgie, Sue and Rachel were magnificent during our purchase of our new home. Having travelled 250 miles to view our chosen property, the viewing was unrushed and we felt no pressure to do anything, the property was exactly as described and it was perfect for our needs,. We made an offer and it was accepted within 2 hours and we returned home the same day, very excited that the deal was done. Nothing was too much trouble including receiving reply’s to emails at 9pm in the evening

We had a great experience with Andrew, Georgie and the rest of the team when selling our house. We were happy with the valuation, the photos looked fantastic and the brochure was very well-written. Communication with us was excellent - the whole team were very friendly and Andrew was always happy to talk things through, providing sensible advice throughout the process. We would highly recommend Cundalls and would happily use them again in the future.
