Highly recommend. Lisa was the third estate agent I tried over a two year period from when it was a sellers market, she was by far the best in getting potential buyers through the door. It's a tricky business negotiating, I dare say I could have sold below asking price with Lisa but it was the dual estate agent who finally sold at reduced price, in a buyers market.

I was unfortunate enough to be a buyer on one of Lisa's proprties so I can assure all sellers that she will wring the last penny out of potential buyers. I paid 2500 more that my max price that I had set. Having said that she was very pleasant whilst she did so. So if I ever, however unlikely it is, find myself wanting to sell my property again I will be straight onto the phone to Lisa. Totally professional and always polite. Regards Eddie
