I cannot recommend Willowgreen Malton enough. Genuinely they were the best part of my house selling/buying experience. I recently bought a property through them and from the start everyone was so lovely and helpful, from Ted that showed us around, Lisa who was amazing at negotiating our sale and then I can’t give enough praise to Lisa and Bev who dealt with the whole process afterwards through to completion. We were moving from a long way out of the area so I didn’t really have any contacts but they recommended a surveyor, arranged for a builder to offer advice and even gave me details of a cleaner. We had a stressful last few weeks of the process due to my buyers solicitor and Bev even got involved pushing that for us. Their friendliness and helpfulness made them stand out and at all times I felt they were on my side. Massive thank you to the whole team.

Brilliant from start to finish. We were moving to Yorkshire from Warwick so requested to view 5 different properties over one weekend. Lisa was fantastic organising the viewings and took the stress out of the experience. Once we'd decided on which property we wanted to buy, WG were responsive and efficient and all of the team were super helpful and friendly. Would def recommend for anyone looking for an estate agent in the Malton / North Yorkshire area. Post- completion fizz and cake was a nice finishing touch! Thanks WG!

We hade such great experience in purchasing our home , the agency they support us every step and make us feel very safe and informed us with everything they were doing , they acomodate us and answered every question we had , we haven’t felt they were pushing or that they have any hidden interests and that made such a difference in our experience in purchasing our home . I have recently purchased a property through Willowgreen, first time on my own so I was a tad nervous to say the least ! Everyone was so helpful , guided me through the process and always available to answer any questions I had. Emma was especially good with keeping contact between myself and their vendor . It was nice to go into the Malton office today to say thankyou personally .

The team at Willowgreen were fantastic from start to finish. Bella, Francesca and Lisa kept me updated throughout, which is rare when buying a property. The process is often painful and drawn out, with long periods of silence but not with Willowgreen. Communication was clear, consistent, and reassuring the whole way through They even got a compliment from my solicitor.....very rare!
