Perfect experience, don’t really know what bad experiences other have posted on here are having, but it was as simple as driving in via the petrol station, plugging in and paying. M&S attached with the petrol station, Lidl across the road. Spot on.

First time using my bp pulse app, found it easy to use as my credit card was registered.

Could not get the app to work for this charger despite paying a deposit. Ended up using contactless payment instead. BP Pulse did not respond to multiple requests for a receipt via the website. So I’m now down £5 with nothing to show for it, and I’ve no idea how much power I took and at what price. Update: received an email invoice from BP Pulse 21 days after submitting the request - better late than never I guess!

Don't bother, go to zest rapid chargers just moments away where the rate is way cheaper. BP think they can charge as much for electricity as they have for fossil fuels it seems.
