We recently used SC Bainbridge after my dad died. From the moment they came to the house to take him into their care to the funeral planning discussions to the actual funeral day I can not fault them and their wonderful team. We dealt with both Rachel and Mark, they both have the perfect mix of being empathetic, approachable and friendly as well as being respectful and professional. Highly recommend this team of people. Though myself and my brother were not the organiser of our Dads funeral, his Next of Kin had chosen Bainbridge funeral Directors and I must say they were wonderful. From the first point of contact to the last encounter they remained professional and compassionate throughout. In the first meeting with Mark we were instantly given warmth and made welcome and throughout the discussion Mark remained patient, kind, caring and at all times was professional- he explained everything in great depth and only proceeded to the other matters of interest once everyone had full understanding of the funeral procedure. His voice and persona were warm and comforting especially when myself and my son attended a visit in the chapel. When I visited the reception a couple of times, Sarah was most helpful and empathetic alongside another member of staff who had booked in our chapel visit On the funeral day they went above and beyond to make sure everything would run smoothly - Mark , the driver Robert and the pall bearers were exceptional on the day ensuring the Next of Kin’s wishes were carried out to the absolute best of their abilities - they looked after our Dad whilst he was in their care and I would recommend them without question ❤️‍���
