In the area very temporarily for work and car started rattling. Called needing someone to look at it asap as I could be on the road again tomrorow and they were able to fit me in. Immediately identified the problem and fixed it within 10 minutes. Would highly highly recommend to anyone in the area!
I can only echo the feedback from other customers, Chris and Serena are super friendly, they managed to squeeze me in at very short notice, kept the old parts to show me and are very reasonably priced too.
My car went into limp mode on the A64, found CRB by chance. Superb experience at CRB, Chris could not have been more helpful and knowledgeable. Class act, thanks a million!!
Such a brilliant service at CRB Garage and Chris is an absolute lifesaver! Last week we were travelling from Norfolk to Whitby for my Husband's 40th when the engine light started blinking just before we reached the Moors. We found a safe place to stop and were relieved to see a bunch of garages near by. Chris called us back and was so friendly and helpful. Thankfully he was around the corner, we managed to get to him and he saw us straight away. We received a warm welcome, he talked through everything he was doing and he didn't treat us like idiots which we really appreciated. He diagnosed the problem within a few minutes, ordered some spark plugs which were delivered swiftly and once he replaced them we were good to go. A superb service! We made it over the hills to Whitby and then back to sunny Norfolk. We are so grateful that Chris was able to help us, he's excellent. We only wish he were closer to Norfolk! We can't recommend him enough. Thank you Chris.
Highly recommended Chris we've had our car in this week for a new clutch, a dual mass flywheel, a service and new exhaust system! Chris has been brilliant with communication and explains the work been carried out and even sends photos and videos of all the work carried out! 100% will be using Chris from now on. He is also very well priced compared to most around malton who just make up prices and rip you off! Really lovely lad and a top notch garage 👌
