Outstanding service! I’ve been trying to find a garage that’s honest and reliable. I won’t be going anywhere else.

I don’t usually take the time to write reviews, but when I’ve experienced exceptional service consistently, I feel it’s only right to share. I’ve recently started taking my Hyundai i30 to Lowfield Garage, and I’m incredibly impressed. They were quick to get me in, and even when there were delays, they were upfront and honest about it. What stands out most is their phenomenal customer communication – I was regularly updated and never left in the dark. They’re truly helpful, go the extra mile to accommodate, and I’ve had no concerns about any shady practices I’ve experienced elsewhere. The prices are very reasonable too. Highly recommend! 10/10. Happy first time visit. Booked my car for an MOT with Lowfield Garage a few weeks ago because my usual 'main dealer' couldn't do it (due to fire). Easy to book, very accommodating. Arrived today for the MOT and immediately and politely welcomed. Probably just under an hour later I was given the new MOT certificate and my keys. So many businesses fail at the simple stuff like customer service, communication and even a smile. Lowfield garage is an example of how it should be done. Thanks to all at Lowfield garage for making it easy today.

If there was a six star option, that's what we would have given. We had just travelled from Birmingham to our holiday accommodation near Malton. Almost there when we had two warning lights Come up on the screen. Googled local garages and Lowfield came up. Excellent service. Friendly, helpful and although they were busy managed to get us booked in for the Wednesday. Dropped it in for half eight this morning, asked if they had the number of a local taxi firm to drop us in the market square. Instead of a taxi Duncan took us and dropped us off, they would call us when the car was finished and pick us back up again. Lovely to get such friendly helpful service from a local garage instead of being just a number in a large main dealer.Thank you. Ben & Wendy. Birmingham

Booked our Mini in for a service in Feb 2024. No problem with the work carried out at all. However they are unable to update the Mini service history on the car correctly. With this it looks like the service was never done and will cause issues for future service reminders. Enquired several times about rectifying this but the issue went unresolved and haven’t heard anything back.
