Asked Alan to look at my (2018) VW Tiguan which had recently developed water ingress to the drivers footwell, was displaying multiple intermittent warning lights and occasionally draining the battery. Alan diagnosed and fixed the electrical problem (water in the A-pillar had corroded numerous parts), then we liaised with Mennels garage up the road to fix the water ingress (seeping in around windscreen!) before Alan finally greased up the electrics and put it all back together. No problems since. Really professional and great customer service. HIghly recommended.

We cannot thank Alan enough in our hour of need, 250 miles away from home in our trusty motorhome, with a dodgy alternator. We got to Alan after limping from Thornton le Dale, he diagnosed the problem and ordered a new part. Not only that, he let us stay outside his unit, hooked us up with electric for the night (!), then fixed us up the next day, even though he was pulled out and on his own. You can't ask for better service than that! True Yorkshire service from a true Yorkshire gentleman (and thanks also to the gentleman from Beacon Services (Green Flag) who phoned Alan on our behalf. Local knowledge goes a long way. We did buy Alan some local Yorkshire biscuits to say thank you, it was the least we could do. Again, thank you Alan from Malton Auto Electrics, what a star!

This service was just awesome. They were able to fix small electrical issue with my 20 year old Honda, and I felt it was very well priced and super efficient.
