Now under new ownership. Pleasant, helpful and keen to improve the business. I bought a car from the new owner two months ago and I'm still very happy with the car. It was exactly the type of car I was looking for and is running well.

My husbands Aston Martin Vantage broke down at the petrol station next door and the owner, sorry I didn't get your name, dropped everything he was doing to have a look at it. He managed to get it going so I could take it to his garage. Within minutes he had diagnosed the problem, dead battery, and said he had a new spare which he fitted straight away. There was then a problem with the drivers seat motors, which Aston Martin Leeds told me that the car would have to be recovered, taken to Leeds for them to do a full reset. The owner found how to do the reset, again in a few minutes, which cured the issue and enabled us to continue on our holiday to Northumberland. The owner could have charged us a fortune to fix our car, but his cost was extremely reasonable. This level of service goes above and beyond anything I have experienced from any other garage and I cannot recommend Station garage enough to all car owners in the Malton area, who are in need of servicing, repairs etc. and who want an excellent service from an honest business at a reasonable price. Thank you so very much, we will be recommending you to all our friends and will definitely be returning in the future.

I took my car for an emergency repair on a Friday (broken coil spring). Agreed a time to come back to collect after I had finished work in York, only later to be phoned, mid-afternoon, to be told closing at 4pm.Saturday morning not open! When I collected my car on the following Monday, I was there for ages as could not find the relevant invoice. Paid without one in the end. Three months later, I took my car to another local garage, for a service, and they pointed out improper (not unsafe, but improper)repairs to the shock absorber, which had broken (Station Garage had told me it had broken during the replacement of the coil spring). Unless you are local and desperate (emergency), avoid this place: no way to run a business.

I ran over a nail and got a puncture. I stopped by to see if they could help. 15 minutes later I'm back on the road with a new tyre fitted. Good price, great service. Thanks!
