I was recommended to Giovanni to restyle my hair after a bad experience at another salon. I'm absolutely thrilled with the results! Giovanni listened advised and his expertise attentiveness and knowledge was very reassuring. I didn't feel rushed into anything i would regret! A full consultation was completed with a restyle to suit myself and lifestyle. The attention to detail, mini indian head quality products ( which are awesome ) is lovely touch. Plus there's no pressure to purchase any products . My hair has never felt so good! I left feeling i had made the right decision and i do every time . Thank you Great Salon , Great team

Emailed them twice for help as I have an embarrassing scalp condition asking if they could help.. not received a response in any form.. quite disgusted
Where do I even begin? I took my daughter to S.O.T.A. for her very first visit, and from the moment we picked up the phone to book the appointment, the experience was nothing short of amazing. Vicky and her team rolled out the red carpet — warm, welcoming, and incredibly professional. They made my daughter feel like an absolute star! From start to finish, everything was seamless and thoughtful. I know it sounds like a cliché, but seriously — you will not be disappointed. S.O.T.A. is an absolute gem!
Great service welcoming & friendly. Very happy 11 year old. Catherine did an amazing Short cut, and gave great advice on upkeep.
