I attended a fabulous cookery demonstration today in store. Rachel was entertaining and very informative (and the results were delicious. I was too busy sampling to take photos of it all 😋). If I hadn’t already purchased my gorgeous Everhot from this lovely shop I would have put a deposit down immediately! I also had a browse and purchased a couple of cookware items, all the staff were so helpful. Thank you!

Highly recommended! We've had both Dave and Guy come out to look at varying issues with our oil fired Rayburn over the last few weeks. They've always arrived when they said they would, are extremely knowledgeable, friendly and really taken the time to sort the issue. The staff in the office are also lovely and always answer the phone! Thank you again.

I have recently moved into a house that has an AGA which I had always wanted but didn’t really know how to use at all. The engineer from Country Warmth came to service it and gave me a lot of useful information to get me started. Country Warmth then contacted me about the AGA demonstration and I booked onto it straight away. I figured that if the engineer was so helpful then this must be a golden opportunity to learn more about my AGA and with Christmas around the corner it was a very well timed event. I was not disappointed. Na Hansell is the AGA font of all knowledge. I wrote three pages of notes and learnt loads that would probably have taken years to learn on my own through trial and error. The food was amazing, the shop is cosy, welcoming and well stocked and I bought everything I needed to make a good start with practising before I cook my Christmas dinner in a few weeks time. Thank you to Daniel and all of your team, I loved every minute of it.

Had a really good Aga demonstration last week. It was very informative and was clear that all the members of the staff at Country Warmth are lovely, warm and helpful. If I ever need anything Aga related, I will definitely get it from there. It reminded me of how much nicer experience it is going to a real shop than buying online.
