Our founder Gill’s passion for food began early, growing up on the family farm she developed her skills as a butcher and took inspiration from her mums’ delicious home-made cooking. Combining Gill’s passion, skill and understanding of ingredients has enabled the business to develop a delicious range of pastries. Now, our dedicated team of artisan bakers handcraft each product the same way Gill has always made them in our SALSA accredited Yorkshire Kitchen.
