Recently bought a made to order extra firm double mattress for Edwardian beds in York. The mattress that I was initially sent was not what I had expected (as my ask for not clear enough) but Adrian and Glen were brilliant and helped sort out the issues with the mattress. Ordered a double mattress on 7 August delivery 15th.within a week the mattress had sagged where I had slept Complained and 2 drivers were sent to examine it. The report back was that I had said I rolled out of bed due to mattress sag I didn't say that and new explanation is that the slats are raised in the middle they are not When I first rang I was told the mattress should be turned every 2 weeks which sounds ridiculous And maybe it was on the wrong kind of base I have now asked for an independent examiner If not forthcoming I will get one myself I have already spoken to someone who said the mattress should spring back into shape but it doesn't Not happy and would not recommend if you have any problem with this compsny

Ordered a double mattress, full divan set and a high sleeper. Was delivered the wrong double and divan mattresses plus a divan base with both drawers broken and holes in the wrong end for the headboard (allegedly due to already being a returned product sent out in error). It took three separate days over two weeks with various promised delivery times by the store manager, Scott, which never happened, to eventually deliver the correct double mattress and a new divan base however no high sleeper. Therefore I cancelled the high sleeper. After complaining about the abysmal service received to Scott he promised to put me in touch with the owners, Adrian and Robert (customer service contact numbers were refused). After not being contacted I resorted to emailing the company and eventually receiving a refund for the high sleeper. To say I am disgusted with this store and service is an understatement and I certainly would not recommend it to anyone.

Ordered x2 mattresses after lying on several of them in the shop. Within a few days beds were delivered as promised up some flights of stairs which was nice. Very comfortable so far. Recommend.

Purchased 2 made to order, single beds with mattresses just over a year ago. Had them delivered to Easingwold. Great advice and service, fantastic quality beds. Will use again.
