Northern Ride

Very kind and friendly - I needed an inner tube and new front wheel fitting on my Out N About double Nipper Pushchair last Saturday. Ash was so kind and bent over backwards to help me, even though the shop was busy. I am incredibly grateful. I will certainly be returning and recommend visiting Northern Ride! Thank you again!

Northern Ride is my most local shop and I've only just used them for the first time. I do all my own work so never usually need to use a local bike shop (and never normally want to because they're often a pain!). But Ash sourced a part for my Cervelo that I couldn't get otherwise. The service is excellent, response on email is rapid and they are a very honest shop. I will certainly be looking here for my next frameset and components. If all bike shops were this helpful there might be fewer having to close their doors!

An excellent bike shop, in the centre of the lovely town of Malton. I’ve popped in there a couple of times & have always been greeted warmly. First time was just to get some oil on my chain, second time to adjust a gear cable.On both occasions they happily fixed the issues straight awsy & with ease. Whilst having nice chat, just really good people who know their stuff. Oh & theyve got some incredible bikes for sale!

Searching for a C68, I came across Northern Ride, a good clear website and I was able email and then to talk to Ash about what I was after. Ordering was simple and Ash was very helpful throughout and I can’t praise them highly enough. In these days of direct selling online by certain big names, it is great to see a thriving and successful bike shop that offer great products and a service to match. I have no hesitation in recommending Ash and Northern Ride.
