Woman named Pam was very rude towards my mum when we went in to return a book, even we were in the alloted time to return the book

Just a quick visit to this store in Malton. This is a small establishment. A range of newspapers, magazines and stationery etc. Just 2 staff on. I found what I needed and paid at the till. Not a great deal of conversation from the young man at the till. Was OK and just did what he was meant to do.

Overpriced and sells nothing novel that you can't buy in other shops nearby for less. Store looks run down, dated and in need of a facelift. This dinosaur of the high street needs to pull its socks up if it is to survive. Appears to be going the way BHS did shortly before its demise!

Plenty of choice and a big store but only 2 staff on who were happy to help but could of been more as it was the weekend

Love it when there's deals on but can be quite expensive otherwise. My girls love the stationary 🤩
