I was gifted some flowers of my choice by a very kind neighbour and absolutely loved going into Dale’s to choose them. I have bought flowers there before and have always been delighted with the selection, service and the flowers. As always, the girls in the shop were very helpful and I came away with a beautiful bunch of flowers having received great advice as well as having free rein in the shop.

My husband got me flowers for my birthday they were expensive plus £19.50 for delivery. Initially they were lovely but after the first day they started to wilt and die I had a bunch of supermarket flowers also as a gift for my birthday they are still going Very disappointed with Dales flowers won’t be buying from them again

Ordered hand tied spring flowers for mothers day. Asked for no pink, lots of unseasoned flower daffodils hyacinths iris tulips bless and yellow. Very disappointed for money sent. Got pink bunch 3 stocks at end their life.No daffs no iris. Pink tulips fully open. Do not recommend.

After a horrid service from another florist in Malton I went into Dales and was thrilled I did! The lady working there (Cara?) was kind, helpful, patient and genuinely cared! She even gave my 18 month old daughter a little flower to take away! I would highly recommend and will go back soon to buy some of their gorgeous plants for my new home renovations! Well priced and a lovely service.

I would give zero stars if I could, I ordered a bouquet on their online shop at £40 paid on card to be delivered on 18th for Mother’s Day, i had email confirming order incl delivery charge and delivery date, payment out of my bank but flowers did not arrive and I had no correspondence to say there was an issue with order. The order was made over a week before delivery date. I’ve lost £40 plus a disappointing mum who hasn’t received anything.
