Such a wondeful, family-run shop! I’ve collected the most beautiful mugs, bowls and baskets from them over the years, and every little piece feels incredibly special. It’s a place I come back to again and again. A true gem in the beautiful market town of Malton.

I placed an online order with Hare & Wilde on 20 June 2025 (Order #26696488), which included two Low Enamel Bowls. However, I received only one, although I was charged for two. I immediately contacted the store by email to report the missing item, but I never received a reply. It’s disappointing to experience such poor customer service, especially from a store that offers such beautiful products. I hope this review brings some attention to the issue, and I would appreciate a response and resolution. Today 3rd of July- still not received missed bowl :(((((

Although I live in Malton but I didn't know that we have small wonderful shop wich had very beautiful handmade carpet plus other pretty items.the workers their very friendly and helpful. Thank you for your help.
