Had the worst experience in their shop i had some old silver laying about and thought I'd see what I could get for it i am greeted by a young women who i give my scrap silver to and she the proceeds to the back where one of the other staff works out the weight and price which i knew how much i roughly had on me about 80grams 10minutes later she returns and not sure how they've calculated it whatsoever but she came back to me with a price of £20 for the full 80 gram and the math was not mathing to me so no for that this has go to be the worst jewellery shops for me treat me like dirt so it felt coming back with that number price of 925 as of today is 90p a gram

I had my grandmothers wall clock repaired here. It is a lovely shop and really lovely people to deal with. They honored the price they quoted even though I think it was a tougher job then they must have expected as it took a long time. I'm great full they were able to get the old clock working again. How can I give them anything other than 5 full stars. Thank you so much.

We left a watch to be repaired on Saturday 6th July while on holiday but sadly we were called back to Essex on Sunday 7th as we had family member who had fallen gravely ill. We phoned the jewellers on Monday 8th and they had already mended the watch and sent it back to us by 10 a.m. Tuesday 9th. The staff were really helpful and understanding.

Had a diamond replaced and ring repaired. Brilliant company used for many years. Honesty and no hard sell excellent service

I would recommend Leefe jewellers unreservedly. All the staff are really helpful and there is always a friendly welcome. They look after the servicing of both our watches and are great for gifts as well. Really good shop.
